DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK Mainland

Items that are in stock and placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day via UPS. Please expect your order to arrive between 1-2 working days.

Large orders or machines are sent on a pallet via Palletline. Once dispatched, please expect your delivery from 1-2 working days.

If your order is not a stock item or we are out of stock we will dispatch the goods as soon as possible. You can chase an order via help@maxxgrab.com

Delivery for UK Mainland is charged at:

Up to 20kg - £15+VAT.

Over 20kg is £15+VAT plus 30p+VAT per kg up to the price of a pallet charge (ie a parcel 30kg would be charged at £18.00 +VAT).

Monitors are now shipped in custom made crates and therefore the cost for shipping each monitor is £30 +VAT.

Standard pallets are charged at £72+VAT which cover most large deliveries and machines, but a few of the larger machines will require a custom pallet quote.

Northern Ireland

Items that are in stock and placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day via UPS. Please expect your order to arrive between 2-7 working days. 

Rest of World

We are currently doing customs quotes for delivery to the Rest of the World using UPS. We hope to implement pricing for shipping soon.

Items that are in stock and placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day. Please expect your order to arrive between 2-14 working days. This depends on your location and method of shipping.

Please note that any duties that are required by customs will need to be paid by you. This is out of our control. Duties may be applicable to the courier.

RETURNS

Please visit our FAQ with regards to warranty. 

If your parcel is damaged on arrival, please refuse the parcel so the courier can return the damaged parcel back to us.

Change of Mind or Wrong Part Ordered

If you wish to return the goods you ordered online due to a change of mind or that you have ordered the wrong spare part, you have 14 days starting from the day after your products have been delivered. All products must be returned at your own expense.

Please email us at help@maxxgrab.com with your return request detailing the order number and list of goods returning.

All products returned must, when received back to us, be in their original re-saleable condition. Deductions from any refund may be made by Instance Automatics Ltd for any excessive handling, such as the disposal of the product’s original packaging, where items are missing from packs of prizes such as capsules, or where a games machine has been partially/fully built.

Please note that in all circumstances, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product before it is received by us (except where any damage is caused by us), and this will be deducted from any refund made to you.

If the item needs to be shipped back on a pallet or collected via a courier and you wish us to arrange that, we will charge you for the shipping at our usual shipping cost plus an admin fee for arranging the shipping. You will be notified of this charge before collection, and this will be deducted from your refund. The returned items need to be available for collection at our convenience, otherwise you will have to arrange your own shipping of your returns back to us.

We suggest in all cases that you take detailed photographs of the items you are returning in their unpacked and packed state. Please ensure that any returns have the original paperwork with them, are couriered with tracking / signed for or at least a certificate of posting if by Royal Mail, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund.

Once your cancellation right of 14 days has expired, we will only give a refund in accordance with your legal rights, for example, if the goods are not of satisfactory quality or as described.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your parcel is damaged on arrival, please refuse the parcel so the courier can return the damaged parcel back to us.

If you receive items which are damaged when the parcel is unpacked, please email us at help@maxxgrab.com with the order number, a list of the goods which are damaged with a description of the damage and a photograph. If the box that the item(s) arrived in was damaged, please also send a photo of this.

If your item is defective or faulty please email us at help@maxxgrab.com with the order number, a description of the fault and a photograph of the defect.

In the case of damaged or defective items, we will arrange for the collection of the goods. You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s) or sent a replacement product on receipt of the returned item(s).
