We have been manufacturing Maxx Grab cranes since 1997.

The first step is to check that the PC is turning on and booting. If the PC is running, we advise that you restore the PC with the recover USB stick that should be bolted into the machine. You simply plug in the USB stick whilst the machine is off then switch it on. The software will re-image your hard-drive to factory specification. If the fault continues please send it into us for repair.

If your monitor is showing "no signal" or is flashing through various colours, your monitor is working but your computer is not sending a signal to it. Please check the connection and computer.

If you see no picture at all (black screen) it is most likely to be the back lights or power supply. Please send it in for repair. Please ensure that you wrap and package the monitors carefully and carry out insurance on postage.

Once we process the orders, you should receive an email with the tracking link. Please click on the link to track the progress of your parcel.

We ship items via TNT. Deliveries to UK Mainland are generally next day but may take 1-2 working days.

To other areas such as Highlands, Ireland and Europe, please expect delivery from 3 to 10 working days.

12 months return to base warranty. 

UNIS Technology Machines

90 day warranty.

Spares and Used Machines

No warranty is provided.

We try to return repairs within 2-3 days of us receiving the goods. However, it depends on the nature of the repair and if we need to order any components.
