Instance Automatics Pull Out of EAG

Instance Automatics have made the drastic decision to pull out of the forthcoming EAG exhibition next week. Ian Eason, Managing Director commented, 'We as a company have decided to not exhibit at the 2025 EAG show. This is due to poor organisation and decisions made by the organisers of EAG. I have not taken this decision lightly; I have had a few nights with very little sleep relating to this. I have spoken in depth with our global partners at UNIS Technology Ltd. in China and Azko Games in Spain and they are behind us and agree with our decision on this too.

I have been exhibiting at the EAG / ATEi since 1997, I’m disappointed beyond belief, it may have a bad effect on my business, but I cannot commit to pay for bad service. We will look at the 2026 show later in the year, but things will need to change dramatically before we make any decision.
